Noah's babtism

This is Noah. He actually started out working for Brooke in

Reno, Nevada. Brooke remembers picking him up from the

airport with a cigarette in his hand and never thought it would

come to this, his baptism day. Noah was actually studying to

become a priest for the catholic church, but always had a hang-up

with the concept of the trinity. The otherthing was how little babies,

if not baptized before they left were damned, having a

family member pass away so young.Anyways, being surrounded by

so many active members in Reno made him curious and involved

lots of questions about what it was the we believed.

Brooke offered him a Book of Mormonto read, I think he read it

in a few days. In the end it didn't work

out for him selling for the rest of the summer, but he did end up

learning about the gospel and has decided to make Utah a more

permenant kind of home. At his baptism he said, "I flipped a coin to

decide what colledge to go to. Had I had the gift of the holy ghost,

making decisions in life would have been a whole lot easier."

Noah also said, "The gospel just makes sense."-- coming from him

that was saying a lot from such an analitical person (as Brooke

has said). Noah is "On fire" with the gospel. He has read the

Book of Mormon countless times and is meeting "Amazing girls".

It was a great experience for Brooke to baptize him and just great

to see a truely happy person. Cooper also had to add after Noah

came out of the water very loudly, "Are you done baptizing him dad?"

It got a laugh out of everyone there. In the end the gospel is true, and

I second the vote that it just makes sence, who doesn't want to live

with their family for all eternity?
